OL-209 error

We have received notification that BBVA has temporarily blocked access to their servers in preparation of upcoming website/system maintenance.

All Quicken for Windows and Mac Users attempting to add or update accounts using the Direct Connect connection method will receive a OL-209 error while access is blocked.

We are working with our Service Providers and BBVA Compass to restore access as quickly as possible and recommend allowing up to 48 hrs before attempting to add/update accounts again.
